Can a 5 V/3 A converter fast charge a 15 W smartphone?

No. At 5 V and a maximum of 3 A, the output power is at most 15 W. Depending on the smartphone, cable, and charging protocol, the actual power drawn may be even lower.

What should I do if a product does not work?

First, disconnect the product from the power supply and do not use it again until the issue has been
resolved. Please then send us:

  • order number and source of purchase,
  • item number,
  • a detailed description of the fault,
  • information on the input and output voltage,
  • if possible, photos and measurement results.

After inspection, we will inform you about the next steps, such as an exchange or
refund.

What should I do in the event of overheating, smoke development, or damage?

Please send us your order number along with photos of the received product, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will review the case and, depending on the situation, organize a replacement shipment, an exchange, or a refund.

Do you offer quotes and volume discounts for business customers?

Do you also deliver to other EU countries?

Deliveries to numerous EU countries are possible, even if the desired country cannot be selected directly in the online shop.

Please send us the delivery address, billing address, items, and quantity. Business customers should also provide their VAT identification number. You will then receive a quote including shipping costs and delivery time.

Can an EU business customer order be processed without German VAT?

A VAT-exempt intra-Community delivery may be possible if the legal requirements are met and a valid VAT identification number is provided.
