Our DC/DC converters do not have MPPT control. With a direct connection,
the optimal operating point of the solar module is therefore not tracked automatically.

Important: The DC/DC converter must not be connected between the solar module and the MPPT controller.

For stable and efficient operation, we recommend a suitable solar or MPPT controller or power supply via a battery with an upstream solar controller.

The input voltage must not at any time exceed the permissible range of the converter. Therefore, take into account not only the nominal voltage, but also voltage peaks, charging voltages, and potential open-circuit voltages.

For solar modules, the maximum open-circuit voltage at low temperatures is particularly critical.

For the selection, we require:

• the full input voltage range,
• the desired output voltage,
• the maximum current or power requirement,
• information on whether galvanic isolation is required,
• a brief description of the application.

The positive lead should be fused as close as possible to the power source or the vehicle's electrical system tap. The fuse and cable cross-section must be appropriate for the maximum input power, cable length, and installation.

If you are uncertain, please send us the item number along with details regarding input and output voltage, power, and cable length.

First, disconnect the product from the power supply and do not use it again until the issue has been
resolved. Please then send us:

• a detailed description of the fault,
• information on the input and output voltage,
• if possible, photos and measurement results.

After inspection, we will inform you about the next steps, such as an exchange or
refund.

Yes. For business customers, we create individual quotes and offer tiered pricing based on quantity. Please send us:

• If applicable, a requested delivery schedule.

Sample orders and staggered serial deliveries are also possible upon request.

Deliveries to numerous EU countries are possible, even if the desired country cannot be selected directly in the online shop.

Please send us the delivery address, billing address, items, and quantity. Business customers should also provide their VAT identification number. You will then receive a quote including shipping costs and delivery time.

A VAT-exempt intra-Community delivery may be possible if the legal requirements are met and a valid VAT identification number is provided.

Please submit your VAT ID along with your full company and delivery address prior to invoicing.

The available payment methods are displayed in the online shop. For individual quotes, larger orders, and international deliveries, payment is often made in advance based on a pro forma invoice.

The invoice is usually provided digitally. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number for package tracking, if available.

If you require a purchase order reference, cost center, or specific billing information, please provide this to us before the invoice is issued, if possible.
